Here's something important to remember when you get feedback on an idea or piece of content: You don't have to use it. All you have to do is say:
Because you always want to be courteous.
Feedback's tricky, but if you filter it through what's best for the audience, customer, business, etc., you'll start to get more from it. You'll stop feeling bad about getting feedback, or frustrated by it, when you learn to use only the input that serves your purpose and audience rather than the person giving it to you.
